Born on 15 December 1983 in Patna, Bihar –
Dhananjay Pandey ‘s grandfather, the late Sh. Tapeshvar Pandey
was a great Tapasvi. Like a moth drawn to a flame, Dhananjay started
practicing yoga at the tender age of 5.
To further intensify his yogic practice, he moved
to Rajasthan and underwent his PG Diploma from Jain Vishwa Bharati
Ladnun in Yoga where he learned the nuances of spiritual practices.
He then taught Yoga at JSW Karnataka for several
years, where he gained irreplaceable experience on the application
of yoga in daily life. He constructed a careful repertoire of
pranayams, asanas and meditative practices which is universally
applicable to people in every field.
He moved to Gurgaon in 2006 and has
worked with scores of people to improve their health, lose weight,
improve concentration and develop confidence and creativity.
However, true to the spirit of his Master’s teachings - he
believes that all of these are only outcomes in a vast science whose
ultimate goal is Samadhi.
His forte has also been in helping
people with various health problems like Diabetes, Arthritis,
cardiovascular problems, Sinus, Joint Pain, Obesity, Anger and
Stress Management. Knowing the intricate effect of every yogic
practice on the human body, he has worked extensively with people on
an individual basis to improve their quality of their life.
Currently Dhananjay resides in the
state of Delhi and is working towards providing free Yoga at the
Tihar Jail. His wisdom and his endeavours have been appreciated by
thousands of people and he continues to inspire and invoke a
holistic development in all his disciples.
